If down your street you have problems with annoyances like graffiti, dog fouling, fly tipping, faulty street lights, broken paving slabs or anything else of that nature, then this site, FixMyStreet.com, will come to your rescue.
Instead of making a phone call, writing a letter or taking a trip down to your Local Counil, FixMyStreet allows you to file a report directly from your computer. Thus eliminating all of the usual hassles and time constraints associated with reporting a problem via the normal channels.
Once you have filed a report, this service will alert you via e-mail as to when your Local Council has received the report and again when the problem has been fixed.

Is there any problems on your street, that are the responsibility of your Local Council, which you feel are not being addressed? If so, then take a visit to FixMyStreet.com and they'll get on their case for you.
